You have your own driveway and private entrance into your unit. You also have a door opening to a panoramic view of the sea and your own large terrace. Your room is large and has beds that can be made up as twins or king. Each studio has cable TV and a telephone. A mini kitchen is in a corner so that you can make your own coffee, a good breakfast, lunch or blend your own Pina Coladas. There is also a charcoal barbecue grill on the pool deck if you should feel like eating in.

What a great place! Everyone in our party loved the villa and its location. We found the island easily lived up to its "The Friendly Island" repetition. All in all, it was a most enjoyable time. We felt Claudia was a wealth of information. I believe she will tell you that we kept the place in top order. I just wanted to let you know that the place was absolutely perfect. I know we were pretty lucky, because no one else was there the whole week. We had the whole place to ourselves.....which was really so nice. Claudia did a great job, she is very sweet.
Though we didn't take any trips to different islands, we did go to some of the lovely beaches on St. Maarten. We had a great food, and it is so true, the people are so incredibly friendly!!
It was very hard to come back to 12 degree temps here in MN, I wanted to so badly to miss our flight, now I just can't wait to go back next year. Thanks for all of your help.....we truly had a perfect vacation!! Lisa and Brian

I want just to thank you for the great vacation that I spent in your villa Casa Boco one week ago. It was exactly what I desired. I loved the really large sun deck with swimming pool and the quiet private atmosphere. I visited most of the beaches on the island and I found every of them wonderful. But then I was always looking forward to come back to Casa Boco to see the beautiful sunsets.
Maybe in the future, when I have my own wife and children, I would like to contact you to be able to share this fantastic atmosphere on the island with them.

I just wanted to drop you a note, now that we're all back from St. Martin, and tell you what a wonderful time we had staying at Casa Boco. The setting is picturesque and you have the best sunset view of any place I've been on the island - right outside the door. We loved staying there. The room was perfect, the pool was wonderful, and we had everything we needed and more. As you know, my 88 year old mother who'd never been out of the country, my sister who turned 50, and a some relatives and friends who'd never been to St. Martin, were all going to come to my timeshare at the Towers. I decided I needed more room so I found your website and decided to stay at Casa Boco with one of the gang. My family thought I was being nice when I let them stay at the Towers. Then they came over to Casa Boco for cocktails at sunset and they all offered to swap with me so I could stay at my timeshare. Needless to say, I didn't. I would recommend renting from you to anyone, without reservation, and I hope I can do it again sometime. I feel very lucky to have found your website and even luckier to have stayed at your lovely villa. Thanks again to Claudia who is an outstanding site manager. We rented Casa Boco last April. It was the best trip to St. Maarten ever! Everything about the Villa was great, better than great. Everyone walked into the Villa to check it out when we arrived but me, I was unloading the van. All of a sudden they were all screaming and yelling, when I ran in they were jumping around and dancing and singing. As I looked around, I understood why. The place is wonderful! It is also close to all our favorite stuff, man, what a great location! The problem is that the Villa is so nice, you don't want to go out! Ofcourse we did manage to get to the beach.
In 2008, we would like the entire Villa for a May 2 or 3 check in, what ever works. Jim, Lisa and myself speak daily. Jim said you have the Villa open that week. We'll need to know when to get you a check and for how much. Trovito party

Just wanted to send you a note and say that our stay at Casa Boco was outstanding! The villa was immaculate and Claudia was wonderful. We really enjoyed the fact that no one else was staying at the villa and we had it all to ourselves. It was one of the best vacations we have had to St Martin. We will definitely stay there again.
