In the past I have rented places that were supposed to be fully equipped, but it was obvious that nobody had ever really lived in them, never mind cooked anything. Claudia and Ermine do an excellent job. It must have taken you a long time to find such reliable people. Thank you for all your help. I look forward to renting from you again.

Jeremey and I had a FABULOUS time at Jubelibra last week and we cannot wait to return. The privacy and the size of the home were outstanding...we had such a good time with everything that we did and the weather was great too...thank you for all your help with the accomodations as well as the rental car...and suggestions of where to go and what to do...(the ginger duck at Turtle Pier is great just like you said!) We were wondering if the villa was availiable from April 15 2004 (arrival) to April 23, (departure) for 4 people, is the rate going to be the 1850 posted on the site or are rates going up next year? Also , what do you require for the deposit? Please let us know,

A great meal!! -Roberta....we just wanted to send you a note of thanks for helping arrange our recent vacation in St. Martin. Loved it!! Our staff had gotten your info in the mail and faxed it to us in Atlanta....so we got checked in fine. We had an excellent week. The Atlantide was great. After spending a week looking around we know we made the right decision. Didn't see another location that we would have liked as well. Being right in the middle of the Grand Case village was so convenient and relaxing. We drove all over, went to several beaches, every shopping spot on the island and hit most of the restuarants in Grand Case and couple in Marigot.
The staff at the Atlantide were very helpful yet non-obtrusive. For some reason we were 'bumped' to a larger suite (2 BR) and this worked out great. We had the apt with the palm tree right off the balcony which was where we ate breakfast each day. Best view on the island!!!
We are trying to convince Joe's parents to go to the same place this spring. If they decide to we'll have them book through you.

I just wanted to drop you a quick line to let you know our honeymoon stay at JUBELIBRA was FANTASTIC. Marion was very hospitible and the villa was exactly what we were looking for. We even met Renee of Value Car Rental and her husband, we upgraded to the Mercedes upon arrival. Thank you again, we will most definately rent from you again for our next trip. Your recent redecorating of the villa was in such good taste, we loved every minute of the vacation and left more restaurant business cards in the dish with the rest.

I wanted to email you sooner, but I got busy catching up with things at home. We wanted to thank you for a very nice villa to stay in at St. Maarten. It is so much nicer that we expected. The pictures on the Internet don't
reflect the beauty as in person. The weather was hot, but the pool was very refreshing. Everything was wonderful. The list of places to eat and shop was very helpful. Thank you!!
My wife got a beautiful ring from Little Europe. Hiro wasn't in but his daughter and wife were. we mentioned your name and was treated great. Claudia was very nice and helpful. Again, thank you. Hopefully we can do this again sometime. It was a lot of fun.

I just wanted to drop you a note, now that we're all back from St. Martin, and tell you what a wonderful time we had staying at Casa Boco. The setting is picturesque and you have the best sunset view of any place I've been on the island - right outside the door. We loved staying there. The room was perfect, the pool was wonderful, and we had everything we needed and more. As you know, my 88 year old mother who'd never been out of the country, my sister who turned 50, and a some relatives and friends who'd never been to St. Martin, were all going to come to my timeshare at the Towers. I decided I needed more room so I found your website and decided to stay at Casa Boco with one of the gang. My family thought I was being nice when I let them stay at the Towers. Then they came over to Casa Boco for cocktails at sunset and they all offered to swap with me so I could stay at my timeshare. Needless to say, I didn't. I would recommend renting from you to anyone, without reservation, and I hope I can do it again sometime. I feel very lucky to have found your website and even luckier to have stayed at your lovely villa. Thanks again to Claudia who is an outstanding site manager. I want to thank you for renting us a very nice place. We all enjoyed it very much.The children had a ball in the pool, and we went to a variety of beaches all over the island. Your directions and info were very helpful to us, as was the staff. Claudia did an excellent job,and Phillipa gave us the quality adult time we needed with her babysitting. We were able to go to the French side to eat quite a bit. It was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was able to go over to Saba two days for diving, and what a nice place that is. The diving is really nice, and the Saba Deep dive operation was very helpful. I also dove with Ocean Explorers and everyone there was accomodating. All in all, the food, the villa, the sun, and everything else were excellent. My wife and her friend had a particularly good time as did I. The children (Lesley 11, Kelley 9, and Tim 6) all want to know when we can go back. Again, I thank you for all your help and I congratulate you on having good people on staff. I will stay in touch in the future.

I can not tell you how much we enjoyed our time at La Casita! We had not had a "do nothing" vacation in almost 10 years, and boy, did we make up for it!
Andrew dove three times, and two of the three were very worth it - one was a shark dive! He was surprised that it was as good diving as it was, and he was definitely satisfied with the experience. We also found out that Saba is a diving destination, so we are looking into that for a future time.
I went down there a little discouraged with my progress with my knee rehab. I hadn't achieved the range of motion that I should have after 4 weeks. But the minute I hit the pool, I felt things loosening up. I was in the pool a minimum of 6 - 7 times a days and tread water for 20 minutes every time. Not
to mention that I got a lovely tan, which is making everyone jealous at work today.
I went to my PT person this morning and he was amazed at the progress in one week. Now I have to see how my insurance can pay for a membership for the summer! ha.
Again, it was wonderful, and I think this is the "beginning of a new friendship". Have a wonderful summer.

With 3 kids under 5, any time away from home is a chore, but this time we had a wonderful experience, thanks to you and your staff. The kids loved the pool and the beaches and Debbie and I even enjoyed a few nights out on our own, thanks to Phillipa, who was wonderful babysitting the kids.
