L'Horizon is located directly on the ocean, facing the spectacular sunset, in Pelican Key Estates. It is located in a small group of only 17 villas, each with its very own private swimming pool. Mullet Bay, Maho Bay and Simpson Bay are the nearest beaches. |

| L'Horizon has three air conditioned bedrooms along with three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area. It has a private pool and deck overlooking the ocean. Bring your snorkeling, fishing and scuba gear along with you or rent it on the island. You can fish and snorkel from the rocks directly in front of this villa. | ||

Maid service is provided 6 days per week except for government holidays. The house is beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home.
| There is a telephone for your convenience so that you can make local calls or receive long distance calls. L'Horizon has cable TV with a VCR and a stereo with a cassette and CD player. There is a gas grill so you can cook the fish you catch from the ocean.

L'Horizon is on the Dutch side of St. Maarten in Pelican Key Estates. It is in a small development called Pelican Cove. It is very private and has three bedrooms and three baths. It is especially good for a family with children as all of the bedrooms are under one roof. Located directly on the ocean, you can fish and snorkel directly in front of our villa. You must drive to the nearest beach. Six day maid service, phone, cable TV, VCR, and BBQ. Spectacular sunsets every day!
